Health education is a social science that draws from the biological, environmental, psychological, physical and medical sciences to promote health and prevent diseases through education-driven voluntary behavior change activities. With that in mind, we organized a health talk at Oil India Limited by Dr Mithee Bhanot, Senior Gynaecologist to raise awareness about General Women Health. We talked about how women can maintain their physical and mental health!
